The Schedule & Publish tab allows you to place your playlists onto the Connected Displays on a time of day, day of week or for the entire calendar year. You can also provide overrides to specific dates to present playlists applicable to that particular date.

In this module, the ANTS Connected Displays and Playlists are auto-filled with what is created in the Displays and Create & Publish tabs. To publish media contents to a display, select the date(s), choose the ANTS Connected Display and drag-and-drop the playlist(s) to the Schedule section.



Calendar

To publish contents to an ANTS Connected Display, you will need to choose the date or dates that you wish the playlists to be shown on your displays. To choose all days of the calendar year, click on the "All Dates" button.

When you have scheduled a playlist for every day of the year, the calendar day boxes are shaded grey. To override a day in the schedule, choose the date you would like to override and make the changes to the playlists. To save the changes you have made to this date, click on the "Save" button. The box for that particular override date will change to pink, like that of the 24th and 28th in this example. You can schedule playlists for a particular calendar day of the week. In this example, all Wednesday of the year has been programmed to play a different playlist of the other days in the year.

ANTS Connected Displays

This section of the display shows all of the ANTS Connected Displays that has been added to your network on the Display tab. To publish contents onto a particular display, highlight the device by clicking on the device that you wish to publish the playlists to.


Playlists

The Playlists section shows the names of the playlist and the total playtime associated with the playlist.


Schedule

The Schedule determines what is to be played and at what time. The day starts at 00:00 hours and is segmented in 15 minute intervals. To show contents of a playlist at a particular time, drag-and-drop the playlist onto the desired timeslot. Each playlist is coloured differently for ease of visualization. The playlist starts playing at the designated time and will continue to loop until a new playlist is scheduled for a particular time.

To delete all of the scheduled playlists in the schedule, press the "Clear" button. To move the start time of a playlist, drag-and-drop the playlist in the schedule to the new start time. When you are finished with making changes to your schedule, press the "Save" button to publish the contents to the selected display. Your scheduled playlists and its respective contents will be automatically and seamlessly sent to the ANTS Connected Display for presentation at the scheduled time.
